Baked Camembert in White Wine

So this recipe is fantastic for when you're having a little jam and wanna be a bit fancy. Also could be for you and your lover when you feel like lounging and want to eat some cheese and watch a movie.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 large wheel of camembert ( buy the one in a round wood box )
Couple sprigs of thyme
3/4 cup of white wine
French baguette
Preparation
- Unwrap the cheese from the paper, and pierce the cheese generously with a fork.
- Pour the wine over top of it to let it seep in.
- Sprinkle the chopped thyme over top, place back in the box and cover in tin foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
- Slice your baguette anyway you like it.
- Dunk the bread right into the cheese through the rind, and enjoy!
