- A Whole Chicken
- 1 can of Beer (tall can)
- Salt & Pepper
- Ensure the bird has rested for an hour so it can come to room temperature.
- Remove butcher’s twine and gizzards if applicable.
- Slather generously with butter.
- Add salt and pepper all over.
- Remove 2/3 of the beer from the can.
- Place can on baking tray and slide bird over top.
- Cook in a pre-heated oven at 350° until done (ask Google for advice on this).
