Village Salad

A delicious light salad that pairs perfect with baked chicken, a sandwich, omelette, or just on its own as a snack.

Ingredients

serves 3

 

1 cucumber

1 small red onion

1 green pepper

Kraft oil and vinegar dressing

salt and pepper

kalamata olives and dice sized feta optional

Preparation

  • dice all the vegetables into dice sized chunks
  • pour about 1/2 cup of the dressing -  can make your own - ( 1 part vinegar - chefs choice, 3 parts oil - chefs choice, 1/2 part lemon juice ) over the vegetables
  • let sit in fridge for an hour or so to let the onions soak in and absorb dressing
  • remove and add olives and cheese, salt and pepper
